I am a licensed independent mental health practitioner who loves helping children, teenagers, and adults reach their full potential. I provide individual, couple, and family therapy utilizing ART, CBT, EMDR, DBT, Mindfulness, and Solution Focused approaches.
I graduated from the University of Nebraska- Kearney, have a master's degree in clinical mental health. I have experience with the homeless population, adolescents, and other various populations. I have worked with trauma, behavioral, grief and loss, along with other mental health concerns.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I love being outdoors, reading, and watching sports and comedians.
